Policy
Like other pet-friendly apartments,
there are a few rules and regulations about pets at Commons at
Fallsington. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required, as well as
a monthly fee of $35 per dog and $25 per cat. There is a 2-pet
maximum occupancy, and each pet may not exceed 35 lbs. at full
size. Please also note that some dog breeds (including mixed
breeds) are restricted, including but not limited to Pit Bulls,
Rottweilers, Dobermanns, Akitas, and German Shepherds.
