Dogs and cats are allowed with a $300 non refundable deposit and a monthly pet fee of $35 per dog and $25 per cat. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Each pet may not exceed 35lbs( full grown). Some dog breeds are restricted including but not limited to: pit bulls, Rotweilers, Dobermanns, Akitas and German Shepards. This also include dogs mixed with one or more of these breeds.
